DOL Secretary Hilda Solis has appointed Paul Igasaki as chair of the Administrative Review Board.  Igasaki has served as vice chair, chair, and commissioner of the EEOC.  Most recently, he was deputy chief executive officer of Equal Justice Works in Washington DC.  As part of the ARB, Igasaki will issue final decisions for more than 40 federal statutes.  DOL News Brief, 2/18/10.
